Accepted Dental Insurance:

We are happy to accept all traditional forms of dental insurance, and are an in-network provider for most major insurance plans. See below for a list of participating in-network providers:

In addition, we are also happy to accept HSA's (Health Savings Accounts) and FSA's (Flexible Spending Accounts).

Financing Options

We do accept CareCredit as an option for financing your treatments. It should be noted that CareCredit is not applicable in all cases. Please call our office to discuss financing options for your treatment. A knowledgable member of our office team will be happy to help you budget your treatment!

Herrick Dental Loyalty Plan

For those patients who have insurance that doesn’t cover much dental work, or no dental insurance at all, the Herrick Dental Loyalty Plan is a great choice to help you achieve excellent oral health and a confident smile for yourself and your family.

With our one-time membership fee, you’ll receive:

• 2 cleanings per year, including x-rays
• A 30% discount on any work following cleanings
• No yearly max
• No waiting period

Not Accepted

At this time, we do not accept Medicaid, Molina or CareSource. If you have this insurance and are in need of dental treatment, we refer to Beechcroft Dental, located at 5797 Beechcroft Road, Suite E, Columbus OH 43229. You can schedule an appointment online or by calling 614-891-0440.
